Meuselbach Family Dental (www.DrMeuselbach.com) is looking for another EFDA Expanded Function Dental Assistant to join our family and cosmetic general dentistry practice!

We are an individual solo Dr. practice. You will be joining another EFDA, 2-3 hygienists, and 2 front desk staff. We have a nice newer building In West Chester just off of I-75, close to Liberty Center.

Our open hours are Monday & Tuesday 7:30-5:30, Wednesday 9-6, Thursday 7:30-2:30 with an hour lunch on all days except Thursday (straight through).

We are flexible with the schedule.

As long as we have advance notice, time off is not an issue.

No nights, and no Fridays required.

We offer 401k/profit sharing, competitive salary, vacation, and paid holidays which fall on scheduled work days.

Medical may be obtained through the ODA office plan if needed.

Reliability and promptness are paramount! Patient care and extra time for appointments is given for comfort and quality of work. We don't push you for production.

Being self-critical is required (i.e. know if something needs redone, and feel free to ask if help is needed with no issues). Be independent but know your limits!

Our Team gets along great and we have "Team Players" that help each other out. We are professional but like to enjoy things.

Knowledge and skill is expected in:

composite placement (posterior/anterior), cosmetics, core build-ups, crown temporary fabrication, occlusal guard seating/adjusting, impressions, proper chart entry, discussing treatment with patients, lab slip completion, lab check-in, ordering supplies, and sterilization.

Background/history in private/family practice (versus chain) with history is ideal.

We use Isodry mouthpieces/suction to make it easier for you and to increase quality! If you have certain materials, instruments that you like, we can accommodate. No Caresource/Medicaid.

We are a Dexis and Dentrix practice.
