Your role at Clorox:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager who shares our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition team, the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Allyship) team, and other stakeholders to create and implement recruitment initiatives that cultivate a more inclusive hiring process.

This role involves leading a team of professionals to design and implement IDEA Talent Acquisition programs, including sourcing and relationship-building strategies that attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates. As an IDEA Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Talent Acquisition Manager will also work with the team to eliminate bias in the hiring process, educate leaders and recruiters, and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Strategy Development & Implementation:
  • Create and implement strategic and innovative IDEA recruiting programs using diversity and inclusion best practices.
  • Lead IDEA recruitment programs to hire diverse and inclusive talent through a diverse slate of applicants.
  • Research best practices for full life-cycle IDEA recruitment programs, strategies, and plans to attract diverse talent.
  • Partner with the TA Manager and recruiting teams to create operational plans that drive inclusive hiring practices and best-in-class candidate experiences.
Sourcing & Branding:
  • Develop and lead global diversity recruitment strategy and sourcing campaigns.
  • Proactively build diverse candidate pools by leveraging all available talent channels and partnerships with diverse associations and organizations.
  • Use data to optimize diverse representation at each stage of the recruiting process and influence broader diversity sourcing efforts.
  • Train recruiters in best practices for attracting diverse talent through sourcing sessions and partner with the TA team to develop social media strategies.
Partnerships:
  • Lead recruitment event and conference organization with a focus on IDEA concepts.
  • Collaborate with the IDEA team to implement strategic choices within the IDEA strategy.
  • Partner with a diverse pool of candidates’ organizations and affinity groups to drive referrals to career opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Diversity, Inclusion and Equity professional organizations, recruitment agencies, talent marketplaces, and other platforms that engage diverse talent. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruiting process.
Data Tracking:
  • Analyze the efficiency of Diversity recruiting strategies and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the TA Operations Manager to track data, elaborate reports, and perform information analysis.
  • Identify gaps and provide recommendations for strategic actions to improve Diversity recruitment.
  • Analyze business/function diversity applicants and hiring data to improve a diverse pool of candidate pipelines.
What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience within corporate Talent Acquisition functions and a detailed understanding of best practices, technology, and processes.
  • 4+ years of experience with recruiting IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Allyship) strategy and execution
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team directly or indirectly
  • Knowledge of EEO/AA laws, regulations, and policies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to developing and implementing recruiting strategies.
  • Proven expertise in diverse recruitment strategies and developing strategic talent pipelines.
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert and supply insights and knowledge across the organization.
  • Skill in handling multiple priorities and setting clear expectations with stakeholders.
  • Experience building rapport with diverse organizations and knowledge of the talent market.
  • Expertise in developing and utilizing talent and diversity analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing complex information and problems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in hiring, assessing, training, and mentoring a team, with a focus on strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $116,700 - $229,800
–Zone B: $107,000 - $210,700
–Zone C: $97,200 - $191,500

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
