We are looking for an energetic go-getter with a passion for dentistry to join our two-doctor private practice in downtown Seattle. Our office is ideally located amongst popular restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, in a secure building with security officers for our safety and comfort. Our business hours are Monday-Thursday from 8–4 pm and every other Friday from 8-1 pm.

Candidates must have prior dental front office experience and also be personable, dependable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and have excellent communication skills.

Front desk duties include:

  • Patient scheduling, registration, billing, and collection
  • Presenting treatment plans, making payment plans, and checking patients out
  • Striving for patient satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
  • Verifying and coordinating insurances, claim management
  • Maintain and utilize schedules effectively

Salary: Negotiable

COVID-19 considerations:
We've installed clear plastic barriers, require all patients to wear facemasks, and check all patients' temperatures at check-in. We provide hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves and also screen patients prior to their appointments for COVID-19 symptoms.
