Our team is growing and we're in need of positive individuals to join our Denver Office. We’re looking for someone to handle customer service and account management for our solar projects. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or customer service experience looking to expand their career in the exciting Solar Industry and loves being on the phone! **Not Remote**

Job Duties

  • Handling customer queries and heavy incoming phone calls
  • Keeping up with customer accounts and tracking the progression in databases
  • Retrieving missing documents from customers
  • Data Entry
  • Reaching out to HOA's on the homeowner's behalf
  • Submit documents for permit requests
  • Heavy phone use and scheduling
  • Sending out installation account updates to Sales Reps

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience Required
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fast Learner
  • Great at Multitasking
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Basic database management knowledge (e.g. Excel & Google Suite)
  • Positive attitude
  • High energy, professional phone presence
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Honest and Trustworthy
  • Able to think outside the box

Shift: Monday-Friday (9 am to 5 pm)

Pay: $16-20/hr

Office Location: Denver Tech Area (Not REMOTE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
