Customer Service Representative Job at Street Delivery
StreetDelivery is a third party insurance task company. We assist with expediting insurance claims all across the country. This customer service position is located at our home office in Amesbury, MA.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated customer service representative. A successful CSR will provide assistance to clients to resolve any emerging issues or answer any questions they may have. The cornerstone of our company is friendly customer service and a 24-hour turnaround time.
This job would be an excellent fit for a recent graduate looking to get hands-on experience in multiple aspects of the business and insurance worlds.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with insurance adjusters and field staff over the phone and via email
- Verifying, categorizing, and editing incoming claims for accuracy and clarity
- Identifying customer issues and finding appropriate solutions
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Working with a team to complete all incoming claims daily.
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong phone contact skills and active listening
- Basic typing and computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently, and self-start
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree preferred, no insurance experience required.
