We've been designing and building the highest quality custom cabinetry for more than 30 years. Specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, office spaces and entertainment centers. Our work is primarily residential throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Skills and responsibilities:
- Assist all aspects of installing/modifying custom cabinets/cabinetry
- Help maintain site materials, Cabinet parts, tools, and truck supplies
- Proficient in the use of wood working tools and able to read measurements accurately.
- Properly maintain and organize work truck with all materials, tools and supplies needed daily
- Perform delegated instructions with minimal supervision
- Help maintain our high quality standards, craftsmanship in both service and production.
- Driving to and from jobs sites in assigned company vehicle, when needed.
- Help prep vehicle for next day's work and learn proper documentation of daily work logs and conveyance of all site observations both verbally and written.
- Help maintain a safe work environment, at all times.
- Help and maintain strong customer relations on site and work through difficult situations with diplomacy
Qualifications:
- Valid CA driver's license with a clean driver's record.
- 1+ years' experience in the cabinet/cabinetry building trade: with verifiable references.
- Must be able to lift 100+ lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Show an aptitude to accurately use measuring tools, reading plans, cutting materials and using equipment.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times, according to our company standards.
