Job Description :-

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure all our communications deliver the best consumer experience and satisfaction, including trust with how we use consumer data.
• Foster a strong consumer relationship through CRM activations that lead to higher retention, engagement and loyalty.
• Generate interest and loyalty for our brands by building experiential, editorial, transactional and lifestyle CRM programs.
• Develop email and other relevant programs to grow and optimize our CRM Database.
• Stay informed of and integrate CRM best practices when appropriate.
• Ensure collection of accurate consumer data within North America while adhering to all applicable local laws and requirements.

Collaboration

• Collaborate within the Consumer Data team, brand marketing teams and other global stakeholders to maximize our efforts and drive new ideas across the market.
• Partner with our internal IT and external mar-tech vendors to define requirements and consumer experience benchmarks for our programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the globe to learn and share new ways of working and success stories from consumer data activations.
• Work with our creative, production and consultant agencies to develop programs and execute campaigns.

Required:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in CRM and consumer data; preferably directly managing CRM (email and SMS) for a major consumer packaged goods or alc bev brand
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing consumer journey, including role of media, websites, transaction platforms and personalization.
• Expert Excel skills
• Experience in using CRM tools (Klaviyo and Salesforce a plus)
• Experience with a CDP as part of a marketing automation platform (Treasure Data preferred)
• Proven ability of managing a large volume of projects and requests, while knowing how to prioritize workload
• Experience with Google Analytics and use of UTM and tracking codes for CRM campaigns
• Strong advocate for the consumer experience

Preferred:-

Highly analytical and creative at the same time; a balance of creative and analytical mindset and interest

• Knowledge, love and thirst for consumer data and the impact it can have on the business
• Knowledge of and experience with luxury CRM and brand marketing
• Understanding of basic business and marketing strategy, inclusive of eCommerce and digital marketing
• Work with large data sets
• Demonstrated critical thinking ability
• Deep understanding of consumer data regulatory environment and how this can affect our programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidently lead debrief sessions, often to a senior audience
• Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
• Energetic, relentless drive to succeed, TEAM player
• BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework in marketing, advertising, business; preferably a degree in economics, mathematics or statistics
• Used to working with a variety of stakeholders and building relationships
