Attorneys For Freedom, a fast growing, pro-freedom law firm, located in Chandler, is seeking a Criminal Law Associate Attorney to join our team.

The qualified candidate must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess a professional demeanor. Applicant must be licensed to practice law in Arizona and have knowledge of State and local laws, the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.

Our Firm practice areas include Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Civil Rights, and Commercial Litigation.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Primary responsibilities include handling all aspects of criminal law cases, including but not limited to attend hearings, draft motions, legal research, plea negotiations.
• Meet with potential new criminal law clients.
• The candidate may be asked to assist in other practice areas as needed.
• Must be willing to network to create opportunities for growth.

Minimum requirements:

• Knowledge of State and local laws.
• Ability to analyze case law.
• D. from accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
• Experience with basic discovery and disclosure rules of the Arizona Courts.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excel in time management with the proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
