Cova Pay Administrator (Temporary Position – 3-4 Months with potential to transition to full time employment)
- Administration Skills
- Comfortable with DocuSign, PDFs, Word files, File conversion, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
- Good written communication Skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Solid follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with Clients and Payment partners as a facilitator for advancing applications.
We are looking for someone to assist in the application process for the Cova Pay service. There is a checklist of actions that are necessary to help a client through the application process leading to approval to process payments using Cova Pay. This includes but is not limited to:
- Communicating with Clients directly.
- Gathering extensive documentation.
- Converting Client documents to PDF and renaming according to partners requirements.
- Uploading documents from the Client into SharePoint and Google Drive.
- Filling out DocuSign application for client, then sending to client for signature.
- Submitting full application package to partners Underwriting team.
- Communicate with Underwriting team on application progress.
- Communicate approval or decline to client.
- Assist in onboarding once approved including ordering hardware terminals.
- Manage records in Salesforce and TaskRay, keep up to date.
- Regular check ins with team.
Location: Any Chrysalis city: Vancouver, Regina, Winnipeg and Denver – Will consider remote employment for the ideal candidate.
Reports to: Jamie Jensen – Program Manager, Denver
Compensation: $20 - $22/Hr USA
$27 - $29.50/Hr Canada
