Revolution Industrial is currently seeking a Project Engineer with a background in construction. We are looking for an accountable project engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. This position is in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (Must be willing to travel). Feel free to submit your resume to schedule an interview (Monday – Friday from 9am-3pm).

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• General Contract and Subcontract administration
• Monitor/document jobsite safety and accident prevention
• Construction scheduling
• Procurement and expediting of material and equipment
• Mechanical, electrical and piping systems coordination
• Shop drawing/submittal review and coordination
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
• Review of subcontractor applications for payment
• Participation in/documentation of project coordination meetings
• Supervision/coordination of subcontractors’ field installations
• Review/negotiate change proposal pricing from subcontractors and prepare change proposal pricing for self-performed work
• Change order documentation and associated cost reporting and maintenance
• Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and equipment
• Maintenance of As-Built plans
• Quality control and project closeout
• Implement all applicable safety and EEO/Affirmative Action programs on project

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering (preferred)
• 4-5 years of Experience in the Industrial Industry
• Construction internship or other related construction work experience (preferred)
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test
• OSHA 10/30 Certification (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
