SERVPRO® of Cape Coral South is a rapidly growing business in need of a quality candidate to join our team as a Construction Manager. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years Construction / Remodeling experience!!
Primary Responsibilities·
· Create Estimates for the company’s reconstruction jobs · Create Estimates in Xactimate for the company’s reconstruction jobs · Rebuild Customers Homes after we complete jobs related to Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire Damage, Demo and other Restoration related jobs · Rebuild and Re-Install drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens and all other
in-home reconstruction · Scope job by identifying the amount of labor and materials necessary to complete the job from beginning to end · Manage a team of subcontractors that will do partial work or all of the work · Scope the time required to complete each job and coordinate / schedule jobs · Create the budget required to complete the job from beginning to end and review with owner/manager· Must manage entire process and ensure top notch quality levels · Communicate with customers to understand their needs for each job performed and ensure job quality meets highest customer service levels Position Requirements·
· 5 years’ experience with In-Home reconstruction including drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens and all other in-home reconstruction · 3-5 years’ experience using XACTIMATE to estimate · 5 years’ experience in Construction · 5 years’ experience in home remodeling · Computer / tech savvy· Experience with Docusketch software program· High school diploma/GED minimum· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance · Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) · Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
