Job Title: Communications Manager
Sapience Youth Education Company is seeking a Communications Manager to oversee all incoming communications from parents of our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all communication activities across the organization, ensuring that parents' inquiries, concerns, and feedback are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming communications from parents of our students, including emails, phone calls, and social media messages.
- Develop and implement communication strategies and tactics to effectively engage with parents and address their concerns and inquiries.
- Coordinate and assign tickets to multiple departments to ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement communication campaigns that promote the organization's services to parents.
- Work with the management team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Youth Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Passion for education and commitment to improving the lives of young people.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
