Leech Industries is seeking a CNC Programmer/ Machinist to join our team. The position will report to the CNC Supervisor. The position will interact closely with Production Control, Production Planning, Tool Room team members, and the Plant Manager to ensure that work is processed safely and efficiently to meet customer and company goals.

Job Key Activities and Performance Indicators:
Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
Mazak Integrex multi-axis experience
Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
Cleaning and maintaining the machine.

Requirements
10 (10) years of demonstrated experience in various disciplines in a Tool & Die shop environment.
5 (5) years experience in CNC Machining and Troubleshooting
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize multiple jobs. Strong interpersonal skills, must have positive attitude, be a self-starter, and leads by example
Mazak Integrex and 5 axis Mill experience
Blueprint reading a must. GD&T preferred.
Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as other software tools.
