Skills & Responsibilities:

• The primary role is to protect, sustain, and nurture the elders by providing

assistance with activities of daily living and meeting other needs as required

• Performs patients' baths, oral hygiene, nail care, foot care, skincare, dressing,

feeding, toileting and elimination, and transferring patient

• Measures and logs vital signs accurately
• Notifies the Supervisory Nurse when a patient has any emergencies or falls
• Positions patient in bed with proper body alignment
• Assists patient with ambulation as necessary
• Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety
• Identifies and communicates abnormal findings to the Supervisory Nurse
• Documents care rendered appropriately and timely
• Provides all services outlined in the aide care plan
• Adheres to facility standards as applicable
• Complies with Agency policies, procedures, and reporting requirements for

Services ordered

• Communicates efficiently and timely with case managers or any entity involved in Care of patient
• Travel with in a designated area from one patients home to the other with in Kaufman county and possibly those counties surrounding Kaufman County

Qualification Requirements:

Current Certification for CNA in the State of Texas

· 6 months experience in Home Healthcare

· Valid Driver’s License

· Current CPR certification

Background check

COVID Vaccination card or exemption letter

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $10.20 - $18.77 per hour
