The clinical Lead has experience providing client-centered, trauma-informed counseling to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. The clinical Lead will work alongside and collaborate with other program managers, staff, and clinicians to create workshops, consult to expand skills, and attend outreach opportunities to connect with the community. The position includes flexibility and the ability to work evening and weekend hours as necessary.
The Full Time Clinical Lead will be in a position in partnership with Proyecto Cuidate directly impacting the West Town community.

POSITION SUMMARY:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to master-level therapists and graduate-level clinical interns.
- Manage and develop graduate social work and clinical internship opportunities.
- Maintain a caseload of individual counseling and group counseling as needed.
- Provides onsite safety planning and support for children, adults and families.
- Collaborates and travels between Erie sites, programs, and partner agencies to develop and conduct trauma-informed educational workshops and consultations. Workshops can also be conducted through virtual platforms.
- Assist Supervising Clinician with the ongoing development and evaluation of clinical services including creating and enforcing policies and procedures.
- The clinical Lead will have a strong understanding of crisis assessments, general assessment, treatment planning, reflective supervision, administrative supervision, and execution of therapy services.
Requirements:
- 2 years of post-graduate work experience in a clinical setting
- Educational requirements: Master of Social Work or Counseling, LCSW/LCPC required
- Technical skills: bilingual written skills, experience with online health records, excel, PowerPoint
- Background Check Required
- Fluent Spanish speaking required
