ABOUT FP OMNI TECHNOLOGIES:
FP Omni Technologies is a Fintech Payments firm based in the Atlanta area. It is a strategic full-service processor and focuses on key merchant segments, offering integrated and non-integrated payments acceptance with a fully compliant toolset. The company originally started in California, relocated its headquarters to Atlanta in 2019. It has two operations centers in Georgia and California. The role is responsible for providing support and excellent service to our Merchants and ISO Partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure correct, efficient, and excellent service via call or email.
- Merchant account reporting and operation support
- Use problem solving, analytics, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions.
- Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology.
- Education merchant on merchant services and processing activity.
- Review and/or resolve customer inquiries/concerns in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate computer navigational skills/technical skills.
- Responsible for retention of customers.
- Provide resolution to meet merchant’s needs.
- Board and deployment of new merchant.
- Execute new terminal downloads and file builds.
- Monitor and maintain terminal log to ensure proper month-end billing.
- Billing and shipment of merchant equipment.
- Manage and maintain merchant PCI compliance program.
- Monitor new merchant processing activity.
- Evaluate incoming change requests on existing merchant accounts.
- Communicate relevant information with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts using all available methods of interaction, in the most effective manner possible.
- Ensure FPOT, Bank and Association guidelines are followed.
- Ensure department SLAs are met.
- Assist in training of new hires.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience of payment processing industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision/oversight.
- Detailed oriented.
- Excellent organization and analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
- Desire to work in emerging FinTech payments firm.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office experience required.
- Experience with TSYS, Lexis Nexis, IRIS CRM, preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
