Job Description
$18.00 - $24.00/ per hour PLUS bonuses. Coleman American has excellent career opportunities due to growth and is searching for Non-CDL and CDL Class A/B driver/mover. We are looking for both experienced driver/mover and are willing to train the right candidates to become the best movers in town to work for the best moving company in the industry. We offer highly competitive wages based on experience, payroll incentive, a monthly bonus program based on quality, work performance, plus an annual safety incentive program. We are also currently offering a sign on bonus for all CDL Driver. Half of the bonus is earned upon receiving your full driver qualification and the other half is earned upon completing 90 days of employment. In addition, there are many opportunities to earn more income through our ample regional hauling program as well as through several agent programs, and general industry practices.
Pay Rates (Depending on Experience) *Sign On Bonuses
$18.00 – $21.00 Per Hour Non-CDL
$19.00 – $21.00 Per Hour Class B / $250
$21.00 – $24.00 Per Hour Class A / $500
