A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
As a Call Center Representative, you are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering world-class customer service to our clients. Most of your day is spent on the phone making phone calls. You contact our existing customers to schedule their semiannual maintenance and ensure that their HVAC systems are working properly. Through your positive, enthusiastic, and fun approach to customer service, you are able to make our customers the focus while accurately entering and updating their information.
You also educate them about our annual club membership benefits and cheerfully answer any questions they may have. Operating honestly, empathetically, and with integrity, you uphold our high quality of customer service. You enjoy coming to work every day in our fast-paced, friendly work environment and are proud to positively represent Elmer's Home Services!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Excellent phone skills
- Computer proficient
- Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing
Telemarketer/call center experience is preferred. Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus! Do you have exceptional customer service and communication skills? Are you a scheduling extraordinaire?
