DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze business processes, functions, and systems
• Document complex business processes across multiple inter-related systems
• Participate in discussions with stakeholders and end-users to identify and capture functional business and end-user requirements
• Create project documentation to communicate requirements to internal and external parties
• Collaborate with other analysts to develop business requirements documents, detailed analysis documents, test plans, and other necessary project documentation as required
• Conduct beta testing, end-user testing and validation by business unit for new or revised business processes
• Create process documentation and training materials for new processes and systems
• Monitor newly implemented/revised business processes to ensure they are meeting business requirements
• Communicate effectively in non-technical terms with staff to help solve business problems
• Provide support to applications in production by tracking and troubleshooting problems, ensuring continued and efficient operation of applications in production
• Contribute to team efforts as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality in dealing with applications and sensitive data
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of business analyst experience (financial services experience a plus)
• Ability to "multi-task", work several projects at one time, with consistent follow through to completion
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
• High customer service mentality
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, familiarity with MS Visio a plus
• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
• Must consent to and have favorable consumer report, background check and drug/alcohol test
