We are looking for an Admin Asst/Bookkeeper in El Dorado, Arkansas!

Job Task Description
- Payroll Manage accounts payable/receivable, balancing Checking / Bank Accounts Track Accounts Receivable for any delinquent payments
- Answer Telephone as needed
- Convey and delegate accurate Information
- Learn or be proficient in accounting software (Sage) and have required skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Generate Accurate, and current Cost reports as needed Document filing
- Manage Employee Training files and requirements Develop efficiency improving Office workflow processes Pay Federal and State taxes Communicate any information to Management that could potentially impact the company.
- Track Vehicle Licensing Connect with Accounting/Auditors as needed
This is a Temp to Hire position with the ability for Benefits after that period. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time off and 401K.
