Billing Specialist Job at Kroeschell, Inc.
Mechanical construction and service contractor located in the Arlington Heights is seeking a Project Accountant. This person will provide accounting and clerical support for Project Managers, Engineers and Division Management.
Successful candidates will have experience in:
- AIA Billing, including waivers of lien
- Accounts payable , time and materials billing and payroll functions
- Processing of purchase order and sub-contracts
- Maintenance of contract files
- Preparation & submission of certified payroll reports
- Providing administrative support for construction personnel
Qualified candidates will have Construction Industry experience as a Project Accountant, and strong computer and organizational skills. Knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint Construction Software is a plus.
