Hiring a Bilingual Recruiter for our Arlington Heights Office

A recruiter has great customer service and a highly motivated attitude. The responsibilities of a Recruiter include identify future hiring needs in skilled as well as entry-level general labor staffing for manufacturing and warehousing client companies. Sourcing candidates through our databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, overseeing current working temporary employees, filling open positions and meet Our workforce needs and goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service excellence to our customers as the point person for the daily operations of filling orders to meet customer needs.
  • Interviewing, hiring/terminating & scheduling, in order to maintain proper staffing levels.
  • Other administrative duties such as data entry, records maintenance
  • Participation in recruiting events, advertising, job flyers, online postings, and networking
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Know how to properly complete an I9 and Identify the proper IDs to complete an I9
  • Give, take and review applications correctly
  • Have great phone adequate and complete 500 calls a week
  • Know Injury/Accident Procedure
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office or related software. Type at least 30 word a minute
  • Know how to use a printer/scanner
  • Excellent Email communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)

  • HR sourcing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
