The Rail in Grandview, Ohio is hiring, and looking for incredible bartenders who work diligently with their teammates to ensure our guests consistently have an amazing experience for our bar position. While we will train for our open Bartender positions (experience is a huge plus), we want people who naturally:

- Have an ownership mentality; responsible and accountable.
- Contain an insatiable curiosity to learn for the sake of learning.
FOH Support: It takes a team to ensure great service for our guests. We are in need of friendly faces to greet our guests at the bar, and take orders. Our bartenders start at a competitive rates and in full-time positions (if desired). Base pay is $5.05/hour with tips up to $35/hour. Overtime is available!
