Job Title: Bartender - LPM Miami
Pay: $1,200 - $1,400 per week ($240 - $280 per shift)
Note: First 2 weeks - $20/hour flate rate

Scope and General Purpose
- Prepare specialty cocktails using detailed recipes
- Preparing batches & syrups according to recipes when needed
- Polishing when needed
- Organizing
- Completing & reviewing opening checklists
- Clean and sanitize bar area including counters, shelves, dishwashers, storage areas, tools, and utensils
- Prepare all ingredients and garnishes as assigned by the bar manager
- Restock and replenish any bottles necessary
