Barista/Server Job at Mission Organic Cafe & Coffee
Island Organics is an organic, plant forward cafe and coffee shop (and smoothie and juice bar) serving fresh, healthy, nutrient dense organic food, smoothies, bowls and juices to our Venice neighbors and guests for almost a decade. We are in a period of high growth and change and we are adding new people to our team!
We are currently hiring for baristas, front of house servers and food prep (smoothie prep, bowl prep, guest experience experts!) and we would love to hear from happy, fun, high energy people who have an interest in working with a great group of people. We are very flexible in our approach to scheduling, recognizing that life, health and family always come first. And we are a fun, fast paced cafe that is growing, expanding to new locations, and providing opportunity in multiple areas of our operations (bakers or those interested in learning about organic baking please apply!).
We are adding a strong coffee bar component to the business so baristas welcome!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
