Automotive Service Greeter Job at JOHN ROBERTS TOYOTA
SERVICE GREETER
- Drives vehicles to and from the service lane, service bays, alignment machine, and parking lot as needed.
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
- Controls service traffic flow and parking.
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
- Assists service advisors as needed
- Place vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Ensure customers’ vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visit.
- Light lifting duties when needed.
- Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
- Removes debris from the lot.
- Maintains hot beverage areas by cleaning counter surfaces and restocking coffee and related supplies.
- Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.
- Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and wipes down doorjambs as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
