Automotive Service Advisor Job at Extreme Automotive
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, providing advice on service and repair options, scheduling appointments, writing repair orders and estimates, ordering parts, tracking returns, keeping up with shop inventory, communicating with customers regarding their vehicle, along with front desk operations and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to think quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Hours are Monday- Friday 7:30am- 5:00PM (No Weekends/No Holidays) with an hour lunch break.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products, services and prices.
- Assist customers in selecting the best product or service for their needs.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Provide estimates for repair services.
- Scheduling appointments
- Tracking shop inventory
